Doctor of Philosophy in Advanced Materials By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) focuses on advanced studies in the fields of materials and processes, preparing students for high-tech and traditional industries or for cutting-edge research.

The program provides in-depth, multidisciplinary knowledge of current issues and practices in advanced materials, including composites, ceramics, electronic materials, magnetic materials, smart materials, plastics, and polymers. Students will develop the expertise required to drive innovations and contribute to significant advancements in the field of advanced materials.

Entry Requirements

• A master’s degree in the field or related fields accepted by the UPM Senate
