Doctor of Philosophy in Agricultural Economics By Research Mode program at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) highlights advanced training through coursework and comprehensive research related to agricultural economics, price analysis, agricultural marketing, production economics, project management in agriculture, consumption patterns, productivity, competitiveness, international agricultural trade, econometrics, and advanced quantitative techniques.

 This program aims to critically address agricultural economic issues within the dynamic environment of the agricultural sector, equipping students with the expertise needed to provide meaningful contributions and innovative solutions to contemporary challenges in the field.

Entry Requirements 

• A master’s degree in the field or related fields accepted by the UPM Senate
