Doctor of Philosophy in Business Law By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) focuses on the examination of regulations, policies, and legal codes that govern commercial entities and transactions. 

This program allows students to conduct in-depth research on legal aspects affecting startups, operational management, and business closures. 

Furthermore, it facilitates the exploration of interactions between enterprises and their stakeholders, including government authorities, customers, competitors, and other businesses, providing a comprehensive understanding of the legal frameworks that shape the business environment.

Entry Requirements 

• A Master's Degree by research in a field related to the field of PhD applied for.
