Doctor of Philosophy in Electronic Engineering By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) explores a diverse range of topics in electronic systems, focusing on the design of silicon integrated circuits and systems, particularly in the context of VLSI technology.
Key areas of research include sensors, MEMS, VLSI design techniques, design for testability, electronic processes in device semiconductors, digital signal processing, computer-aided control systems, sensor design and applications, microprocessor-based system design, and artificial control systems.
