Doctor of Philosophy in Food Management By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) is designed for individuals pursuing advanced research in food management. This program offers a challenging and dynamic environment for students to deepen their expertise while engaging in hands-on research.
Students are encouraged to investigate a wide range of topics, including service quality, organizational culture, human resource management, service scape failures, recovery strategies, organizational efficiency, brand image, product development, food marketing, and consumer behavior.
Graduates will contribute significantly to the field of food management, equipped with the knowledge and skills to address complex industry challenges through innovative research.
