Doctor of Philosophy in Food Technology By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) is designed for those seeking to engage in advanced research and deepen their understanding of food technology. This program provides a rigorous exploration of challenging topics and current issues within the field, allowing candidates to focus their research on critical areas such as food processing (thermal and non-thermal), food engineering (including process and equipment design), food nanotechnology, food product development, packaging solutions, supercritical fluid extraction, and post-harvest technology.
