Doctor of Philosophy in Forest Management and Ecosystem Sciences By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) is designed to develop expertise in the sustainable management of forest ecosystems. This program explores the environmental, social, and economic dimensions of forestry, highlighting issues such as climate change and forest certification. Students will engage in research across various sub-fields, including Forest Management, Forest Biotechnology, Tree Physiology, and Conservation. This degree prepares graduates to lead initiatives in forest conservation and sustainable management practices.

Entry Requirements

• A Master’s degree in the field or related fields accepted by the UPM Senate
