Doctor of Philosophy in Green Engineering By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) specializes in the design and development of products and processes that conserve natural resources and minimize environmental impact.

This program focuses on integrating sustainable principles into engineering systems and devices. While green engineering may entail higher initial costs, its significance is increasingly recognized, with many countries offering tax breaks and incentives for its implementation. Students will acquire advanced knowledge and skills to contribute to sustainable engineering practices and drive innovations that promote environmental health.

• A master’s degree in the field or related fields accepted by the UPM Senate
