Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial Engineering By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) focuses on the advanced study and research of integrated systems that involve people, materials, information, equipment, and energy. 

This program draws upon specialized knowledge from mathematical, physical, and social sciences, coupled with principles of engineering analysis and design. Students will engage in rigorous research to specify, predict, and evaluate outcomes from such systems, preparing them to tackle complex challenges and contribute innovative solutions in the field of industrial engineering.

Entry Requirements

• A master’s degree in the field or related fields accepted by the UPM Senate
