Doctor of Philosophy in Land Resource Management By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) focuses on advancing sustainable land management and crop production practices. The program provides students with an in-depth understanding of the mechanisms affecting land surfaces and their utilization, with the goal of improving the management of plant, soil, air, and water resources.

Students will have the opportunity to integrate knowledge across various fields of soil science, including pedology, chemistry, physics, microbiology, fertility, and management. 

Through comprehensive research and practical application, this program equips graduates with the expertise necessary to address modern challenges in land resource management and promote sustainable agricultural practices.

Entry Requirements 

• A master’s degree in the field or related fields accepted by the UPM Senate.
