Doctor of Philosophy in Landscape Studies By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) delves into the theoretical and practical dimensions of landscape planning, design, and management, with the goal of creating quality, healthy, and balanced environments that address human needs. 

The program encompasses in-depth research in areas such as environmental perception, health and restorative environments, crime prevention through environmental design, and outdoor thermal comfort. 

Through comprehensive research, students will gain advanced knowledge and skills, enabling them to make significant contributions to the field of landscape studies and promote sustainable environmental practices.

Entry Requirements 

• A Master's degree by research in a relevant field.
