Doctor of Philosophy in Plant Science By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) provides an in-depth exploration of the fundamentals of plant growth, development, and productivity. The program offers comprehensive insights into various fields, including genetics, biochemistry, physiology, and cell biology at the molecular level.

Students will apply their foundational biological knowledge to investigate the interactions between crops and their environment and how these relationships influence productivity.

Entry Requirements 

• A master’s degree in the field or related fields accepted by the UPM Senate.
