Doctor of Philosophy in Politics and Government By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) centers on cultivating analytical skills through the application of theories and models in the fields of politics and government. The program explores critical areas such as elections, political behavior and culture, ethnic relations, and international relations.

Through rigorous research and in-depth analysis, students will engage with complex political dynamics, acquiring the expertise needed to critically examine issues and contribute valuable insights to the fields of politics and governance.

Entry Requirements 

• A master’s degree in the field or related fields accepted by the UPM Senate.
