Doctor of Philosophy in Wireless Communications and Networks Engineering By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) focuses on advanced research in wireless and network communication issues, particularly at the physical and data link layers.

Key areas of study include transmission techniques such as coding, modulation, multiplexing, and propagation, as well as security and access technologies at RF and microwave frequencies. The program also explores materials and devices critical to the development of wireless communication systems. Students will gain the expertise required to address complex challenges and contribute innovative solutions in the field of wireless communications and networking.
