Master of Arts in English Language By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) focuses on the comprehensive study of English language and linguistics, including applied linguistics as an interdisciplinary field. 

The program emphasizes issues related to language and its intersections with education, psychology, sociology, computer science, and communication. Additionally, it involves the investigation and identification of problems and solutions related to language and language learning.

 This program equips students with the knowledge and research skills necessary to address contemporary challenges in the field of English language studies.

Entry Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in the field or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent.
