Master of Electronic Engineering By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) covers a wide range of topics within electronic systems, focusing on the design of silicon integrated circuits and systems, particularly in the context of VLSI. The program includes the design and development of sensors and instrumentation.

Key topics of study encompass sensors, MEMS, VLSI design techniques, design for testability, electronic processes in device semiconductors, digital signal processing, computer-aided control systems, sensor design and applications, microprocessor-based system design, and artificial control systems. Through rigorous research, students will develop the expertise needed to tackle complex challenges in the field of electronic engineering and contribute innovative solutions to various applications.

Entry Requirements 

• A Bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.750 or equivalent, as accepted by the UPM Senate
