Master of Electronic Engineering By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) covers a wide range of topics within electronic systems, focusing on the design of silicon integrated circuits and systems, particularly in the context of VLSI. The program includes the design and development of sensors and instrumentation.
Key topics of study encompass sensors, MEMS, VLSI design techniques, design for testability, electronic processes in device semiconductors, digital signal processing, computer-aided control systems, sensor design and applications, microprocessor-based system design, and artificial control systems.
