Master of Food Safety and Quality Assurance By Coursework Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) is designed to provide in-depth knowledge through an integrated approach that benefits both the government and the food industry, as well as related stakeholders. This program emphasizes the importance of understanding the science behind food safety, ensuring that food is free from harmful biological, chemical, and physical contaminants, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and confidence.
