Master of Leadership Studies By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) is designed to provide students with a solid foundation in the theories and practices of leadership and followership. 

The program covers key research areas within organizational and community contexts, allowing graduate students to explore various aspects of leadership, including Organizational Leadership, Educational Leadership, and Leadership in Community Well-being. 

Through rigorous investigation, students will develop critical insights that enhance their understanding and effectiveness as leaders in diverse settings.

Entry Requirements 

• A recognized Bachelor's degree in related field with minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent.
