Master of Packaging Engineering By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) emphasizes the key elements of packaging and the engineering principles involved in the design, fabrication, and testing of packaging solutions. 

The program includes in-depth studies on the properties of packaging materials, which are crucial for developing successful package designs. Students will also evaluate the suitability of packaging for intended contents and explore the fundamentals of packaging dynamics. Through rigorous research, graduates will be prepared to address challenges in packaging engineering and contribute innovative solutions across various industries.

Entry Requirements 

• A Bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.750 or equivalent, as accepted by the UPM Senate
