Master of Safety, Health and Emergency Management By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) is designed to fulfill the critical demand for professionals with advanced knowledge and skills in safety, health, and emergency management within both community and organizational contexts.
This interdisciplinary program offers a comprehensive range of expertise in areas such as environmental risk management, natural hazards, business continuity, public health and safety, disaster risk reduction, crisis management, humanitarian aid, and complex emergencies.
Graduate research focuses on developing strategies to save lives and property, minimize damage, and enhance recovery from both natural and human-induced disasters and emergencies. Students will gain the knowledge and skills necessary for effective emergency management, public safety, and workplace health in a dynamic and challenging learning environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.750 or equivalent, as accepted by the UPM Senate
