Master of Science in Aquatic Animal Health By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) focuses on multidisciplinary studies in aquatic animal medicine, including fish, crustaceans, amphibians of economic importance, and marine mammals. This program employs a multifaceted approach to explore various aquatic systems, aquaculture management, and the ecology and habitats of aquatic animals. It also examines the interactions between animals, pathogens, and their environments during disease outbreaks.
Students will engage in research aimed at developing innovative and sustainable health management practices, diagnostic techniques, and strategies for disease treatment and prevention in aquaculture settings.
• A Bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.750 or equivalent, as accepted by the UPM Senate
