Master of Science in Business Law By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) focuses on the study of regulations, policies, and legal codes that impact commercial entities and transactions. Students will have the opportunity to conduct research on legal aspects related to startups, operational management, and business closures. 

Additionally, the program allows for exploration of the interactions between enterprises and their stakeholders, including government, customers, competitors, and other companies, providing a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape in the business world.

Entry Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 3.000
