Master of Science in Computer Vision By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) focuses on the field of artificial intelligence that enables computers and systems to extract valuable information from digital images, videos, and other visual inputs. Students will learn methods for automatically analyzing and interpreting data from single images or sequences of images.

The program covers related areas such as artificial intelligence, human-machine interaction, and image security. Applications of computer vision explored in this program include biometrics, industrial robotics, autonomous vehicles, medical imaging, surveillance, precision agriculture, image-based modeling, and sports technology. Graduates will be equipped with the skills necessary to contribute to advancements in this rapidly evolving field.

Entry Requirements 

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computing or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 3.00
