Master of Science in Enzyme Biotechnology By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) focuses on key food enzymes, particularly the oxidoreductases and hydrolases groups.

The program encompasses both fundamental and applied enzymology, exploring enzyme characteristics, kinetics, structural properties, and practical applications. It employs molecular techniques to enhance enzyme qualities for improving food quality in processing and preservation. Students will gain expertise in the critical role of enzymes in the food industry, contributing to advancements in food technology and safety.

Entry Requirements 

• A Bachelor’s degree (with honours) in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 3.000
