Master of Science in Food Technology By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) offers challenging graduate courses and research opportunities for students aiming to enhance their knowledge in food technology. The program exposes students to current issues within the field and allows them to concentrate on areas such as food processing (both thermal and non-thermal), food engineering, food nanotechnology, product development, food packaging, supercritical fluid extraction, and post-harvest technology.
Through this comprehensive curriculum, students will develop the expertise needed to address contemporary challenges in food technology.
