Master of Science in Forestry By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) focuses on advanced forestry science, encompassing biology, botany, and forest ecology. This program covers essential topics such as forest conservation, ecosystem management, forest policy and governance, and the socio-cultural aspects of forest ecosystems. Students will also learn various planning methods and techniques, including mathematical programming, simulation, game theory, and network analysis. This comprehensive curriculum equips graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to address contemporary forestry challenges.

Entry Requirements 

• A Bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.750 or equivalent, as accepted by the UPM Senate
