Master of Science in Guidance and Counselling By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) is aimed at training educators and professionals in the field of guidance and counselling, enhancing their expertise to meet the standards set by the Malaysian Board of Counsellors. 

This program focuses on equipping graduates with the skills to provide effective counselling services to schools, families, and public institutions. Emphasizing a deep understanding of counselling theories, principles, and techniques, the program fosters professionalism and a scientific approach among students.

 Graduates will be well-prepared to undertake significant roles in guidance and counselling within diverse educational and community settings.

Entry Requirements 

• A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent, with a minimum CGPA of 2.75, as accepted by the HEP’s Senate
