Master of Science in Horticulture By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) offers specialized studies in various areas, including pomology, vegetable crops, turf, floriculture, ornamental and landscape horticulture, as well as sustainable and organic practices. 

Research areas encompass crop biotechnology, seed science and technology, propagation, growth and development, crop physiology, mineral nutrition, crop production, and post-harvest physiology.

 Through this program, students will gain the expertise and practical skills necessary to contribute to advancements in horticulture, promoting innovation and sustainability in the industry.

Entry Requirements 

• A Bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.750 or equivalent, as accepted by the UPM Senate.
