Master of Science in Housing By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) explores concepts and theories related to housing, analyzing housing development models from various countries and their effects on the welfare and development of local communities in nation-building. 

Through comprehensive research and analysis, students will gain insights into the socio-economic implications of housing policies and practices, equipping them with the knowledge necessary to contribute to sustainable housing solutions and community development initiatives.

Entry Requirements 

• A Bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.750 or equivalent, as accepted by the UPM Senate.
