Master of Science in Medical Gerontology By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) focuses on advancing research in age-related illnesses and disabilities. This program aims to enhance knowledge in screenings and diagnoses while developing effective intervention treatments and care strategies for conditions such as stroke, cognitive impairment, dementia, falls, bone health, and frailty. 

Emphasis is placed on nutrition and exercise tailored for older adults as preventive measures and rehabilitation strategies to support successful aging.

Entry Requirements 

• A Bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.750 or equivalent, as accepted by the UPM Senate
