Master of Science in Music By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) focuses on in-depth research across various fields of music, employing creative approaches. This program encourages both cross-disciplinary and interdisciplinary research, allowing students to explore the rich connections between music and other domains.

Through rigorous study and innovative inquiry, students will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to contribute meaningful insights to the field of music, enhancing their artistic and academic pursuits.

Entry Requirements 

• A Bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.750 or equivalent, as accepted by the UPM Senate.
