Master of Science in Organizational Communication By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) focuses on the intricacies of organizational communication, including group communication within organizations, communication networks, leadership communication, organizational culture, and communication audits. 

The program equips students with a thorough understanding of how communication functions within organizations and its impact on effectiveness. Through rigorous research, students will develop the skills necessary to analyze and enhance communication practices in various organizational contexts.

Entry Requirements 

• A Bachelor's degree in the field or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent.
