Master of Science in Plant Pathology By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) focuses on the study of plant diseases caused by microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria, fungi, and nematodes. The program emphasizes both basic and applied skills through a combination of coursework and research.

Research areas within the program include biological control and disease management, epidemiology, and plant disease diagnosis and assessment. Through rigorous research and practical applications, students will develop the expertise necessary to tackle plant health challenges and contribute to advancements in agricultural practices.

Entry Requirements 

• A Bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.750 or equivalent, as accepted by the UPM Senate.
