Master of Science in Theoretical and Computational Chemistry By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) focuses on contemporary advancements in molecular modeling theory and methodology, along with state-of-the-art applications. This program addresses critical research areas, including protein structure prediction, in silico modification of biocatalysts and metalloenzymes, micellization of palm-based esters, transdermal nanodelivery systems, and chiral ionic liquids.
Students will engage with the rapidly growing fields of theoretical and computational chemistry, applying their knowledge to various scientific domains, such as physics, chemistry, biology, and materials science. The curriculum equips graduates with valuable skills and insights that can spur innovation across multiple disciplines.
• A Bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.750 or equivalent, as accepted by the UPM Senate
