Master of Science in Tourism By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) is designed to train professionals and individuals seeking advanced careers in the tourism sector. The program covers key areas related to tourism development, including development policies, demand and supply analysis, tourism product development, destination marketing, tourist behavior, and human resource planning in tourism. 

Additional research areas encompass operations management, service quality, and development studies related to tourist attractions and transportation services. 

This program aims to enhance understanding of tourism industry management with a focus on economic, social, and environmental factors, contributing to sustainable development in the tourism sector and the national economy as a whole.

Entry Requirements 

• A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 3.000
