Master of Science in Urban Planning and Design By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) focuses on processes and principles that promote sustainable urban and regional planning. The program covers a wide range of topics, including the planning and design of urban and rural areas, policies, economics, housing, environmental considerations, social dynamics, recreation, transportation, and local identity. 

Additionally, it explores themes such as place attachment, psychology, technology, urban geography, cultural theory, and land assets in various urban contexts.

 Through rigorous research, students will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to address contemporary challenges in urban planning and contribute to sustainable development in urban environments.

Entry Requirements 

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field with a CGPA of 2.750
