Master of Veterinary Science in Aquatic Animal Health By Research Mode at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) encompasses multidisciplinary studies focused on aquatic animal medicine, including important species such as fish, crustaceans, amphibians, and marine mammals. This holistic approach examines various aquatic systems, aquaculture management, and the ecology and habitats of aquatic animals, as well as the interactions between these animals, pathogens, and their environments during disease outbreaks.
Students will have the opportunity to conduct research on developing new and innovative sustainable health management practices, diagnostic techniques, and strategies for disease treatment and prevention in aquaculture. This program equips graduates with the essential skills and knowledge needed to address health challenges in aquatic animal populations effectively.
• A Bachelor's degree in Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with a minimum CGPA of 2.75
