The Bachelor in Building Surveying with Honours at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) is designed to produce competent building surveyors capable of contributing effectively to the construction industry. The programme covers the full building lifecycle, from early project planning and construction management to building pathology, maintenance, conservation of heritage buildings, and redevelopment. Graduates are well prepared for professional careers in both the public and private sectors, including government and semi-government agencies, local authorities, educational institutions, developers, consultancy firms, financial and banking institutions, insurance companies, and research organizations.

Entry Requirements

• Obtained High School Certificate Level or its equivalent with minimum entry qualification of CGPA 2.75 

And 

Minimum grade B in any 2 subjects below:
