The Bachelor in Computer Science (Computing Infrastructure) with Honours at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) focuses on the core fundamentals of computer science with a strong emphasis on computing infrastructure, particularly in the areas of computer networks and computer security. The programme is designed to equip students with solid theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to design, manage, and secure modern computing systems and networked environments.

Entry Requirements

• High School Certificate Level or its equivalent with minimum entry qualification of CGPA 2.75

And

Minimum grade C in any 2 subjects below:

  • Assigns third-year students to various organizations for full-time industrial training during the second semester and the long vacation, for a total duration of six months.

Year 4

  • Students complete their specialization and elective courses and undertake a course in professional and technopreneurial development.
  • Students are required to complete a Final Year Project in their chosen field under the supervision of at least one academic staff member.
