The Bachelor of Civil Engineering with Honours program at Tunku Abdul Rahman University (UTAR) is designed to cultivate graduates who possess a strong foundation in science and engineering fundamentals. The program aims to equip students with comprehensive technical competence in the field of civil engineering, enabling them to identify, formulate, and solve complex problems.
