The Bachelor of Chinese Medicine (Honours) program at UTAR is designed to educate and train students to become proficient Chinese Medicine practitioners. The program provides comprehensive knowledge of Chinese Medicine's distinctive principles, diagnosis, and treatment methods, which include acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and other therapeutic approaches. In addition, students also gain a solid understanding of western medical sciences and diagnosis. By integrating both Chinese Medicine and western medical knowledge, graduates of the program are equipped with a holistic approach to healthcare, enabling them to provide effective and well-rounded treatment to patients. The program emphasizes the development of clinical skills, critical thinking, and evidence-based practice. Upon completion, graduates are prepared to embark on careers as Chinese Medicine practitioners, making a positive impact on individuals' health and well-being.
