The Bachelor of Science (Honours) Construction Management program at Tunku Abdul Rahman University (UTAR) equips students with a comprehensive understanding of the entire construction and development process. From the initial client's brief to the final maintenance of facilities, students learn about project management, construction technology, cost estimation, contract administration, and quality control. By developing skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving, graduates of this program are well-prepared to pursue careers as project managers, site supervisors, construction planners, quantity surveyors, or facility managers. With their expertise, they contribute to the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and maintaining quality standards.

Entry Requirements

STPM

A minimum of Grade C in any 2 subjects
Passes in Mathematics, English and any one subject related to science/technical/vocational at SPM level / equivalent
