The Master's program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Tunku Abdul Rahman University (UTAR) is designed to equip students with essential knowledge and skills in workplace psychology, enabling them to navigate the rapidly evolving organizational landscape. The program aims to develop effective human management capabilities to address organizational challenges. Entry Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Level 6, MQF) with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 or its equivalent as accepted by the HEP Senate.
