The Bachelor of Science in Land Administration and Development with Honours Program at UTM University Malaysia prepares graduates to manage land administration challenges in the 21st century. The program covers sub-disciplines such as property development, valuation, marketing, investment, and economies. Graduates can work in the public or private sector or establish their own practice. The program includes subjects on law, policy, economics, surveying, valuation, land development, and land information systems. Its goal is to enhance the land delivery system of the nation and promote land administration as a profession.

Entry Requirement

• Senior High School Certificate or equivalent / Pre-University qualifications.
• Pass the English proficiency requirements.
• Pass the UTM interview - if applicable.
