The Doctor of Philosophy in Real Estate (Research) at UTM University Malaysia is part of the faculty's comprehensive range of doctorate programs, which also includes architecture, quantity surveying, urban and regional planning, and transportation planning These programs are entirely research-focused, allowing students to engage in original research under the supervision of experienced faculty members who hold PhDs 

This research-oriented approach empowers students to explore critical issues in real estate, contributing valuable insights and advancements to the field.

Entry Requirements

• A Master’s Degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia or any other Institutions of higher learning recognised by the Senate.
