The Doctor of Philosophy in Quantity Surveying (Research) at UTM University Malaysia is part of a comprehensive range of doctorate programs offered by the faculty, which includes architecture, urban and regional planning, transportation planning, landscape architecture, geoinformation, and real estate 

These programs are conducted entirely in research mode, allowing students to engage in original research under the supervision of experienced PhD holders This approach promotes advanced inquiry into quantity surveying practices and theories, preparing graduates to make meaningful contributions to the field.

Entry Requirements

• A Master’s Degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia or any other Institutions of higher learning recognised by the Senate.
