The Doctor of Philosophy (Razak Faculty of Technology and Informatics) at UTM University Malaysia is designed to complement existing school-based research master's programs. This multidisciplinary research degree is aimed at individuals who already hold a master's degree and wish to enhance their knowledge and skills.

The program focuses on producing graduates who are not only intellectually equipped and proficient in modern and advanced technologies but also versatile in addressing real-life challenges. Successful completion of the program demonstrates that candidates have undergone substantial research training, culminating in a thesis that is expected to contribute significantly to the discipline by generating new knowledge. This prepares graduates to make impactful contributions to their fields.

Entry Requirements

• A Master’s Degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia or any other Institutions of higher learning recognised by the Senate.
