The Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource Development & Psychology (Research) at UTM University Malaysia is an advanced research degree focused on producing a scholarly thesis under the close supervision of a faculty member This program typically takes three years to complete on a full-time basis or six years for part-time students 

Throughout the PhD journey, students receive guidance from academic staff who advise on the research direction and structure The initial year is dedicated to the design phase, after which students gather research data in the second year and write their thesis in the final year This structured approach ensures that students make meaningful contributions to their chosen field of study.

Entry Requirements

• A Master’s Degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia or any other Institutions of higher learning recognised by the Senate.
