The Doctor of Philosophy in Urban and Regional Planning (Research) at UTM University Malaysia is part of a diverse range of doctorate programs offered by the faculty, which includes architecture, quantity surveying, and transportation planning These programs are fully research-based, allowing students to conduct original research under the guidance of experienced supervisors who hold PhDs 

This structure enables students to delve deeply into urban and regional planning topics, contributing meaningful research that addresses contemporary challenges in the field.

Entry Requirements

• A Master’s Degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia or any other Institutions of higher learning recognised by the Senate.
