Master of Geotechnical Engineering at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia The objective of this Master's program is to enhance students' knowledge by providing a comprehensive understanding of the engineering properties and behavior of geological materials, specifically soils and rocks. The program focuses on advancing knowledge in geotechnical analysis and design of common structures in Civil Engineering. Additionally, the program equips students with the skills necessary for further studies and research in relevant areas. The target audience for this program includes professionals and practicing engineers in the field of geotechnical engineering.

Entry Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree: Candidates should possess a good honors bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia or an equivalent qualification. The degree should have a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.5 and above. The bachelor's degree should provide a solid foundation in civil engineering principles and relevant coursework.

• Lower Degree Grade with Working Experience: In certain cases, candidates with a lower degree grade may be considered for admission if they have sufficient working experience in the field. The working experience should demonstrate practical knowledge and skills in civil engineering.
